3rd Customer commitments
* The Customer undertakes not to disclose login credentials for the service to third parties.
* The customer has been informed that the service can not be made available to third parties.
* The Customer undertakes to comply with applicable copyright laws in the use of information made available through the service.
* The customer declares that he / she has the right to publish the information.

4th Operating
* This service is typically operated a 24 hour, seven days a week. Newtice does not warrant that the service is free of errors or interference.
* Newtice is not responsible for any information received from a source/user.
* Newtice undertake to rectify any system malfunctions associated with the service within a reasonable time.
* Newtice may correct errors or shortcomings in a way Newtice see fit.
* Newtice is always justified to close the service for maintenance or upgrades.

5th Changes in service
* Newtice reserves the right to make changes in the service.

6th Disclaimer
* Newtice is exempt from liability for direct and indirect damage or other inconvenience placed in the wrong information, non-delivery or late delivery of information. Newtice is not responsible for any intrusion or damage which may be suffered by the Customer by a third party.

7th Privacy and consent
* Newtice is a data controller under the Personal Data Act (Swedish law "Personuppgiftslagen" 1998:204) with regard to the personal data processed in the provision of the Service. The customer hereby gives consent to the processing of personal data Newtice concerning customer to manage your subscription, provide offers to the customer and for marketing purposes.

8th Conflicts
* Any dispute between the Customer and Newtice according to these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be settled by Swedish public courts where the Stockholm City Court shall be the first. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with Swedish law, except for its conflicts of law.

9th Content that is published must be legal and correct. You agree to that by publishing:

* Not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights relating to publication or confidentiality).
* By posting inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content.
* By posting any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of any party, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from the owner to post such Content.
* By posting messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages.

10th Newtice have the right to ban users and delete publications without first notifying the user.
